Pocket – Greenhaven

The Pocket/Greenhaven neighborhood is situated in a “pocket” formed by I-5 and the Sacramento River. They have several excellent elementary/middle schools and an outstanding high school in the area. The P/G neighborhood has a wealth of parks, river access areas, and several miles of bike and hiking trails. There are baseball, basketball and soccer teams for kids of all ages, plus several swim teams from local pools.

There is an annual 4th of July fireworks event with a parade of local schools, sports teams, and merchants. There are a number of good restaurants, several excellent grocery stores and even some larger retail outlets. P/G has it all plus a great neighborhood of friends and neighbors.
