Katherine Howes
Hello!
My name is Katherine Howes and I am a native of the Sacramento area. I grew up in “the country” of Elk Grove when the population was 10,000! I attended Purdue University in Indiana and graduated with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. In 1998 I moved back to California to the Bay Area and worked in the Biotech Industry. My husband and I purchased our first house down there, a 1928 Spanish style bungalow. We painstakingly restored in to its original condition ourselves. After our first daughter was born we decided to move back to Sacramento to be close to family.
We now live in Curtis Park in a 1924 Craftsman bungalow that we are restoring. With two children now and full time jobs the restoration is slow but rewarding.
I am very proud to be a part of Cook Realty and I am committed to providing excellent service to my buyers and sellers. Besides being a full service Realtor, I have a special interest in the older homes of the Sacramento Downtown areas.
