Pam Lightford-Lygren
Pam began her real estate career as a salesperson in 1976 at the age of 20, then subsequently became a broker in 1985. While working full time in real estate, she attended California State University, Sacramento, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Land Use Affairs. Pam joined Cook Realty in March of 1982.
This dynamite combination of education and experience makes Pam one of the most knowledgeable Realtor/Brokers in the Sacramento area. Due to her involvement in real estate over such a vast time, Pam previously already learned the secrets of a successful marketer in a wide variety of market conditions, including that of a decreasing market such as we are experiencing currently.
