Hollywood Park

The neighborhood of Hollywood Park was first developed in the late 1930’s. The majority of the homes were built just after WWII when the area was experiencing the baby boom. Consisting originally of 2 and 3 bedroom homes, many have been remodeled and expanded to accommodate the families of today. Often called the “affordable Land Park”, the ample sized lots have many 50-year-old trees that provide wonderful shade in the summer. Many people who bought their first homes here have remained in Hollywood Park 20, 30, even 50 years later – a testament to the stability and desirability of the neighborhood.
