Rosemont

All of the Rosemont street names have a rose theme. Rosemont is bounded by Jackson Road to the south, Watt Avenue on the west, and Mayhew on the east and Folsom Blvd to the north. Home to three elementary schools, Albert Einstein Middle School and the brand new Rosemont High School. Rosemont is clearly on the rise in stature. Predominately single-family homes built from the late 1950’s through the 1980’s. The Capitol Christian Center is just steps away and has long been an anchor for the community. Plenty of shopping is available nearby. Dining and services abound. Rosemont also lays claim to four local parks and a vibrant active homeowners group.
